A few steps lead up from the entrance hall to a little landing and two double rooms, one of which has an en-suite toilet. There is a shared bathroom just off the landing. In the original trullo, with its conical roof and original brick walls is the third bedroom, a cosy twin ideal for teenagers. To the right of the entrance hall is the bright, airy kitchen with its stylish rustichic country décor, including a large dresser and a capacious dining table.
Outisde: the greenery and quiet hush surrounding the trullo gives a feeling of peace and calm, and there are plenty of outdoor relaxation areas to discover and lush lawns for children to play on. The covered dining area outside the kitchen is a perfect spot for an al fresco lunch or a pizza cooked in your very own pizza oven! The rustling of the trees or the distant crowing of a cockerel might be the only accompaniment to your meal! From the covered dining area, wooden decking leads down to the pool area, complete with a comfortable outdoor lounge area with large sofas, coffee table and a shady sail canopy. A small outhouse with laundry room, toilet and shower completes the accommodation.

There is no air conditioning at Il Trullino, but the thick walls of the original stone buildings make it superfluous if the house is managed in proper, ecological Mediterranean style.
