When booking your holiday it is important that everything is just right! To ensure this is so, we recommend you speak to our expert London team about your wishes and requirements. They visit the properties regularly and will be happy to answer all your questions, give advice and point you in the right direction.
Check prices and availability
The prices of all our villas are found on each individual property page. You may view prices in a UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, Euros, Australian Dollars and Canadian Dollars and pay in UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros. To find out if a property is available for your dates, just add it to your shortlist, email info@thinkpuglia.com or call our London office.
Confirm your booking and pay the balance
1. ask your Client Manager to place a provisional booking
2. log onto your personal, secure, password-protected Secure Client Area
3. make your confirmation payment (if booking more than 9 weeks before departure, a 30% deposit is sufficient to confirm your villa. Full payment of the balance is then due 9 weeks before departure. If you are booking less than 9 weeks before departure, payment of the full amount is required at the moment of confirmation).
4. payment of both the deposit and the balance may be made in UK Pounds Sterling, US Dollars or Euros. You may pay this on-line by credit card through your personal password-protected page on our site), or by bank transfer.
Make the most of your secure web page
Your own personal page on TheThinkingTraveller.com, accessible by clicking the Secure Client Area button at the top of this page, not only allows you to make secure on-line payments for your villa, but may also be used for the following*:
- informing us about your flight/check-in times
- specifying room configurations
- requesting travel cots and highchairs
- renting a car
- organising a rental car delivery to your villa
- organising a transfer to your villa
- arranging an in-villa cook
- ordering wine for your villa
- sending us your feedback

Rent a car
Our rental car booking engine, allows you to book the vehicle that best suits your requirements for pickup at the airport when you arrive in Puglia. Alternatively, we can arrange for a rental car to be delivered to your villa.Read up before you go - the joining pack
Once your balance has been paid, and in good time before departure, you will receive your “joining pack”. This will contain all the information you will require for your holiday, including accommodation vouchers, maps, directions, a manual with detailed information about your villa and its surrounding area and any other information relevant to your holiday.
Don't worry about a thing - local support while you're on holiday
In addition to your ongoing contact with TheThinking Traveller’s team in London, you will be able to contact a dedicated Local Manager on the ground in Puglia from the day before departure until your safe return home. Your Local Manager will be available to provide any assistance you may require, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
