Inside: the house is an original "pajara" (farmhouse) with characteristically thick stone walls that make it very comfortable in all seasons. The main house is made up of three sections that seamlessly access external areas through glazed doors. The first double bedroom leads through to the master bedroom, which has its own private entrance from the garden. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in double shower and a washroom. The master bedroom has superb sea views. The practical kitchen leads onto a small living and dining area, and to a guest bathroom. To the rear of the main house is a depandance complete with a twin bedroom and bathroom.
Outside: cosy and inviting inside, this is also a property that invites outdoor living. Large areas of lawned garden surround the house interspersed with rock gardens, succulent Mediterranean plants, an old well and dry stone walls. The sea views are superb from all angles and a series of beautifully fashioned outside living areas lend themselves perfectly to sunbathing, enjoying a sundowner or dining al fresco. And when you feel like a dip in the sea, you don't have to go far at all... it's on your doorstep just across the road!

Think About
There is a camp site to the rear of the garden. Clients have told us that it is a very civilised site, and report that it is audible in peak season during meal times, but does not disturb at other times of the day. As neighbours go, we don't think it's bad at all. Between the front gate and the sea is a no-through road where you will park your car. This road ends about 30 metres past the gate and may also be used by others spending time at the sea.
